Fresno is a city located in the heart of California because it is right in the middle of this state. Not only that, but Yosemite National Park is an hour and a half drive away from Fresno, and a few things are more beautiful than the scenery in Yosemite National Park. If you decide to stay in Fresno, you are going to have plenty of family fun with your kids. The safest bet for animal lovers is to visit the Chaffee Zoo and catch a show or go on an educational tour with a paleontologist. If your kids enjoy science, take them to a Discovery Center, a science museum adapted for children. There are also many amusement parks, both water, and land-based, plus there is a trampoline park which could be real cardio fun for the whole family.

San Diego in Southern California is a family-friendly haven full of theme parks. There are so many things to do as a family that they can’t all fit into one article.
